Pentagram Cooking With Pomiane

I have recently seen some work design by Pentagram for Pomiane cookbook. Edouard de Pomiane (1875-1964) was best known for some of his food writings and culinary personalities. He also invented the science of cooking, (Gastrotechnology) which was an art form. He was also known for his giant moustache, and his use of simple ingredients in his recipes.
